Jennifer Lopez just earned the number one spot on the Forbes List.
She earned a cool $52 million over the last 12 months.
But anyone who follows the list knows it’s not only about dollars but it’s also about celebrity stature. J. Lo’s high profile Idol gig, which allowed her to promote her previously ailing music career and overall brand, led to endorsement deals with L’Oreal and Gillette. In addition, the Bronx native has a clothing line at Kohl’s, a top selling fragrance and announced her upcoming summer tour with Enrique Iglesias.
Oprah Winfrey again holds the number two spot on the list.
Other honorable mentions who’ve made the list include, Rihanna, in the No. 4 slot, Beyoncé, in the No. 16 spot, Hollywood titan Tyler Perry, in the No. 20 slot, and Dr. Dre, who came in at No. 26.
