Sony Pictures is moving forward with Denzel Washington as their main man for "The Equalizer"
Washington will be earning $20 million to show his face on the screen.
The film is a revision of the 1980’s TV series that starred Edward Woodward, an ex CIA operative who help people in trouble. The new script is said to follow that same premise, but written specifically for Washington. The star will play a guy who hates injustice and devotes his life to helping those who need it most.
