Allen Iverson was sued back in 2010 for not paying Aydin & Company Jewelers the $375,000 bill that he owes them.
A default judgement was issued in favor of the jewelry store allowing A&C to collect $859,896.46 for the bling, court costs, interest and attorneys fees.
Allen still didn't pay so earlier this month the judge signed off on an order which allows the store to recoup their loss directly from Iverson's Wells Fargo bank account.
Nearly six years after it was created, Madonna's Raising Malawi charity is set to break ground on the construction of schools in the impoverished country, but they will be run by the local community, not the superstar's organization.
All of the schools should be built by June 2013. Raising Malawi is providing $300,000 to the non-governmental organization buildOn to develop the schools. They'll serve about 1,000 boys and girls in the southern African nation.
"This remains a very big priority in my life and I am excited that with the help of buildOn we can maintain our ongoing commitment to move forward efficiently," Madonna said in a statement provided to The Associated Press.
"I have learned a great deal over the last few years and feel so much more confident that we can reach out goals to educate children in Malawi, especially young girls, in a much more efficient and practical way," she said. Madonna has adopted two children from Malawi.
Neilson praised Madonna for sticking with her plan to build schools for Malawi's children despite several setbacks for the star, who is the director of the new movie "W.E.," out next week, and is this year's Super Bowl performer. Madonna brought in Global Philanthropy to work with Raising Malawi more than a year ago and removed the involvement of the Kabbalah Centre. She has practiced Kabbalah, a form of Jewish mysticism.

Looks like Cory is walking in the footsteps of his label President Lil Wayne
MTV News spoke with veteran Bronx rapper Peter Gunz, who confirmed that his son Cory Gunz was in custody, after being arrested with a loaded firearm. The 24-year-old rapper was handcuffed around 2p.m. on Saturday in his hometown, Bronx, New York.
Gunz was unable to disclose full details on the incident just yet, but he explained the events leading up to his son’s arrest. “I spoke to the arresting officer, and so far, what I’m hearing from him is that they got a phone call at the station saying they should ‘look out,’
“What I will say is that the officer that arrested Cory, actually happened to be a cool dude,” Gunz continued. “After arresting Cory, sitting down with him and talking, he felt bad about the situation.”
Gunz junior was brought to the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx on Saturday, but officials there say he has since been transported to Central Booking, on E. 161st Street in the Bronx.
While this is Cory Gunz’s first brush with the law, his father is still worried about the potential fallout from a firearm charge. “At the end of the day, there’s a reason for everything, but at the same time, in New York, it’s mandatory jail time,” he said. “To go to a precinct and see your son, your junior, in handcuffs, it’s heartbreaking. Anytime you see your child in jail, in the cell, in handcuffs, it’s very hard. He’s walked down some of the same paths that I walked down, but you never want to see your kids go through what you went through.
“This is Cory’s first offense, but sometimes they like to make an example out of rappers and people with any kind of celebrity to them.”

Major blow up at "American Idol" judging panel Thursday night and Jennifer Lopez became visibly frustrated after getting outvoted several times.
Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson kept turning down contestants she felt were worthy of moving onto Hollywood. "You're joking right?" Jennifer asked Steven after he told Cheyenne James she doesn't have "it."
When Randy also said no, J.Lo exclaimed "You guys are crazy!"
Her breaking point came when the two male judges gave a golden ticket to Linda Williams, and attractive girl with an average voice. "Baby, you can sing," Steven gushed. "I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone," Jennifer responded in disbelief. Afterwards, she said she was so angry with them she going to have an anxiety attack.
Who do you side with?

In a recent interview Jennifer tells her side of the story:
"Let me tell you what she’s mad over ‘cause this always comes up. She hates the fact that I’m really good friends with NeNe, and she hates the fact that me and Mashonda are good friends. I feel like it’s all coming from a place of hurt, and she’s turning it into anger.
Why do you care who I’m friends with? Like, that’s ridiculous. I live in New York. You live in Miami. I don’t care who you hang out with. I’m kinda over it because I just feel like I’m at a point at my life where I’m trying to get rid of negative energy,” she said. “To me, I feel like it’s something so minuscule. It’s not like I slept with Chad. It’s not something irreparable. It’s something stupid that you’re mad over. If you really are mad because I have other friends, I think that’s completely ridiculous.
I don’t say anything to her, and she doesn’t say anything to me. I think it’s always unfortunate when you have so much history with a person for so long and then something stupid happens.
I don’t pick my friends based on if they’re on a TV show or what they do, if they’re a celebrity. NeNe and I have something in common, and the same with Mashonda. It’s a real friendship. We don’t have to tweet each other every day. It’s genuine. We really do have a friendship outside of TV and all this."
Who else is waiting for Evelyn's response????
Madonna has also been selected as a major act for the championship game. She will be performing with Nicki Minaj, M.i.A and Cee-lo Green.
In a recent interview with NY 1, the pop singer was asked about her plans for the show, whether she has any risky or accidental surprises. In her response, the singer brought up Janet Jackson and her 2005 wardrobe malfunction:
“I have not mainstreamed and I’m not planning anything naughty. I’m planning something super entertaining. Yep, yep! You don’t have to show nipples to be interesting or/and it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re cutting edge if you do, right?”
She's not throwing shade at Janet Jackson, she's just keeping it real!

Rihanna has found a unique way of getting some new stage outfits.
The musical superstar from Barbados will be hunting for undiscovered design talent in Britain on a new TV show, in which she will star and executive produce.
Sky Living HD announced Thursday it has commissioned media company Twenty Twenty to make the series and say Rihanna will be working mainly behind the scenes.
Hosting duties will go to another pop name, Nicola Roberts from the U.K. group Girls Aloud. Together they will challenge fashion newcomers to create stage gear for musicians and celebrities with the final task to dress Rihanna for her July 8 performance at the Wireless music festival in London's Hyde Park.
With the recent release of his DJ Scream-hosted mixtape, Gift of Gab, which features the clubbanger “Squares Out Your Circle,” Rocko tells BET.com that he’s ready to wear his artist cap one more time.
“Personally I like being a CEO better,” Rocko admits. “I like being behind the scenes, I never really wanted to be in front of the camera but it's a job and it pays me well so I've got to capitalize off it. God blessed me with the gift of gab to be able to write rhymes and deliver them. He blessed me with a stage presence, so I've got to capitalize off all my talents.”
Rocko worked out a deal to join the newly revamped Epic Records. The agreement between A1 Recordings and Epic opened the door for Rocko to do business with his former Def Jam boss L.A. Reid, who now serves as Chairman and CEO of Epic Records. Naturally, the idea that Rocko would reunite with Reid as a solo artist on Epic comes to mind, but it’s something the ATLien is still contemplating.
"I'm not sure you know. We've been talking about it; they want me to come over to Epic,” he says of the conversations with the label. “I'm independent right now with my project and I'm really loving my independence, but if I do decide to do a deal it may be at Epic, it may be in that Sony building somewhere."
Though his label situation remains unsettled, the big picture goal is to release new material that’ll pave the way for his sophomore offering, One on One. With that in mind, Rocko is making a conscious effort to step his game up on the artist end to match his drive as an exec.
While fans wait for One on One, which is scheduled for release later this year, they can check out Rocko’s more well-rounded approach on Gift of Gab. The brash rapper/producer promises that the mixtape will be an earnest example of what’s to come.
“I'm sincere about what I say and how I say it,” he boasts. “That’s the only way I'm going to go in the booth...when I'm being sincere.”

French Montana is proud to call himself a Bad Boy, but he was this close to signing with another powerhouse label.
He revealed that he almost inked with Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music roster. “I met up with him one time and then I met up with him again,” French said of Kanye. “There were things that I was used to ’cause I was already moving. I’m like a money train.”
One thing that French certainly wasn't "used to" was the fact that Yeezy is infamously hard to get in touch with. “Kanye doesn’t have a phone. If you need to get in contact with Kanye, you have to email him,” Montana explained. “You can’t tell me how to do that. I don’t know how to use an email, so I guess me and you is never gonna talk, and I’ma put my career in your hands?”
No word yet if French has since taken some computer classes, but he did say that he doesn't hold any grudges toward Mr. West. “He’s definitely talented, and I felt like if I went there, we would have definitely made history.”
Instead of joining John Legend, Big Sean, Pusha T and others on Kanye's team, French signed with Diddy's Bad Boy, and he's tapped Rick Ross as a mentor as well. "When I met up with Puff, everything he promised me came through," French said. "And Rozay was definitely there for me too.”
French Montana is currently busy readying his major label debut, which will be executive produced by Diddy and Rawse, but you can check him out now on his hit single "Shot Caller" and Rick Ross and Drake's "Stay Schemin'."
Singer/songwriter Ne-Yo is moving from Def Jam to Motown Records, the company told Billboard.biz exclusively today. In addition, the Grammy Award-winning artist will bring his Compound Entertainment imprint to the venerable label and take on a creative role at Motown as senior VP of A&R.
In that role, Ne-Yo will serve as a producer and mentor to the label's artists and also discover and sign new talent.
"His track record of success at Def Jam will always be a benchmark," says Universal Republic and Island Def Jam Motown chairman/CEO Barry Weiss in a statement announcing the news. "But this move to Motown will provide new and inspiring challenges for Ne-Yo as both an artist and a key member of the new senior management team that is taking form at the label in 2012."
Ne-Yo added, "I'm honored that I¹ve been given such a prestigious title and trusted with such responsibility; terrified because I know that playing this role in the fashion of one of my career role models, Mr. Smokey Robinson -- these are big shoes to fill. But trust, I can handle it."

Andre 3000 is a man of many talents rapper, fashion designer and actor, among others so it's no surprise he has a few kitchen tricks up his sleeves.
The MC offered a kale recipe to Bon Appetit, including an explanation of why he'd turned to the vegetable:
"Being that I'm from the South, I've eaten collards, mustard and turnip greens all my life," he scribbled on a napkin for the magazine. "I was introduced to kale a few years ago and fell in love with the way you can instantly stir fry or pan fry it."
"Kale is also nutritious, and by not boiling it to death like classic Southern greens, most of that nutrition stays intact," he wrote.
