Madonna's Sexy New Ad Banned From TV
Madonna has launched her new perfume, "Truth or Dare", with a racy commercial.
Full of leotards, fishnets and harnesses, the S&M-esque video was deemed too racy for ABC network television, according to the New York Post.
The salacious décolletage-filled ad features Madge licking her lips while rocking black lingerie and a mask, rolling around on the floor while the refrain "I know I shouldn't act this way/I know good girls don't misbehave/But I'm a bad girl," is whispered.
The sexy ad seems to stem from a more innocent place, according to a press release.
"My oldest memory of my mother is her perfume. I carry it with me everywhere," Madonna writes. "She always smelled like gardenias and tuberose. An intoxicating mixture - feminine and mysterious."

NFL Star Found Guilty For Raping A Transgender Male
According to Mediatakeout NFL player Eric Green, who played cornerback for the Arizona Cardinals and the San Francisco 49ers was found liable of raping a transgender male.
A transgender male who goes by the name Angelina Mavila filed a $10 million sex assault suit against Eric Green, claiming that Eric forcibly sodomized him in the anus.
The lawsuit was filed in 2010, and now Angelina finally got justice. As the below history shows, he was granted a $160K judgment against Eric.
Former NFL Star Arrested For Burglary & Drugs
Former NFL star Ryan Leaf was arrested yesterday in Great Falls, MT on charges of burglary and drug possession.
Leaf was booked on felony charges of burglary of a residence and criminal possession of dangerous drugs, plus a first-time charge of misdemeanor theft, according to local authorities.
Leaf posted bail late Friday night and released a statement that said, "I've made some mistakes, and have no excuses ... I am confident that there will be further understanding when the facts are revealed, and feel very blessed for all of the support, especially from my friends and family."
Leaf was selected second overall in the 1998 NFL Draft and is widely regarded as one of the biggest busts in NFL history.

Bobbi Kristina To Star In Tyler Perry's "For Better Or For Worse"
Bobbi has been casted to appear in the new season of Tyler Perry’s sitcom, "For Better Or For Worse". The show is based on Perry’s blockbuster Why Did I Get Married franchise, and Bobbi is rumored to make her acting debut as the daughter of one of the stylists. Brown has apparently been getting closer to Perry since he spoke at her mother Whitney Houston’s funeral last month.
The role will likely come as a welcomed distraction to all of the turmoil in the young woman’s life lately. Her family has said that Bobbi has been feeling “lost” in the wake of her mother’s death. “Everyone is worried about Bobbi,” an insider confided to Us Weekly. “Bobbi just doesn’t want anyone’s help. She’s lost.” Bobbi was hospitalized for anxiety, and now also has to contend with her father Bobby Brown’s DUI, and media scrutiny of her relationship with “adopted brother” Nick Gordon. Hopefully she’ll find some peace in getting her acting career off the ground.
Rapper Lil Boosie Will Receive Anonymous Jury In Murder Trial
Baton Rouge court officials are pulling out all the stops for the high profile murder trial involving rapper Torrence "Lil Boosie" Hatch.
According to Louisiana's KATC, the first order of business has been securing an anonymous jury for the trial, which is set to begin at the end of next month. Choosing a jury in this manner is a rare practice in the small southern town.
Boosie has been behind bars since June 2010 as he awaits trial for first-degree murder. Prosecutors are trying to prove that he hired Michael "Marlo Mike" Louding" to kill Terry Boyd in October 2009.
Since being locked up, the "Wipe Me Down" rapper has pled guilty to drug charges, including three counts of conspiring to bring drugs into a penal institution for which Judge Mike Erwin sentenced him to eight years in prison. Investigators say the rapper tried to smuggle drugs into Louisiana's Dixon Correctional Center once and into the Angola State Penitentiary twice.
Boosie is currently being held in the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola. He is no longer facing the death penalty, but could serve life in prison if convicted. The murder trial begins April 30.
New Music Album: Usher "Looking For Myself"
With the release of his new single "Climax," Usher gears up to release his seventh studio album, "Looking For Myself"
It will feature production from Salaam Remi, Rico Love, Jim Jonsin and Max Martin.
The album has been in the works since at least last summer, when producer Rico Love, who got his start on Usher's classic album "Confessions", mentioned in an interview with BET.com that he'd just begun studio sessions for the upcoming project.
Another collaborator, Taio Cruz, spoke with MTV about what can be expected from the project. "He has very specific ideas of where he wants to go musically and sound-wise," he said. "He always wants there to be the soul in there. I'm kind of, not the opposite, but I'm always like, 'Let's get straight to the point and be really clear with the message and be simple." So we try to match those two worlds together: being soulful and, at the same time, catchy."
The album is set for release June 11.
Nicki Minaj Starts Beef With Jennifer Lopez
Nicki Minaj both busted out of her low-cut top and started a verbal war with Jennifer Lopez while appearing on “American Idol” last night.
The rapper appeared on “Idol” to promote her sophomore album “Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded,” which will be released on Tuesday. But while Minaj delivered an upbeat performance of her new song, “Starships,” she couldn’t help but raise a little trouble.
Minaj arrived on the “Idol” stage saying “I was hoping maybe I could come back and be a guest judge,” Minaj said. “JLo, can you scoot over a little bit? Let me get up in there.”
“Hey, hey,” responded Lopez, appearing taken aback. “I don’t know if there’s enough room for both of us.”
While the exchange appeared a touch heated, Minaj later explained to The Hollywood Reporter that she was not actually gunning to replace Lopez.
“She didn’t seem to be having it but she gonna have it!” Minaj said, before clarifying that she had been kidding. “No, actually, I love JLo. I love what she’s done for pop culture. I have nothing but respect for her and we were just joking around … Something like ‘American Idol,’ it’s iconic and has been around for so long and created so many stars. I would love to guest judge but as far as sitting down every week, I can’t.”

Director Michael Bay Gets Retraining Order Against Tyrese
Have you heard of a man get a restraining order against another man?
“Transformers” Director Michael Bay does not want to be associated with Tyrese, and he’s filed the paper work to prove it. First, Michael reportedly filed a cease and decist order against the singer/actor after he went on a promotional circuit claiming that he and the director are super close.
Unfortunately, Tyrese didn’t get the hint and Michael supposedly upped his legal action to a restraining order
“Michael didn’t like when Tyrese was calling out his name on television, like they were boys. Everywhere Tyrese went, he was calling out Michael’s name. Mike didn’t like that shit.” says his cousin.

Rapper Joe Budden Arrested
There was a packed house at New York City's Best Buy Theatre, but when Slaughterhouse took the stage on Thursday night there was a notable vacancy. Two songs into Slaughterhouse's set the quartet revealed that Jersey City rapper Joe Budden wouldn't take part in the night's festivities because he was arrested for a warrant stemming from a 2007 traffic violation.
Just a few minutes after 10 p.m. Joell Ortiz opened the show when he took the stage reciting his verse to the group's fan-favorite "The Illest." Long Beach, California MC Crooked I followed, but there was a visible absence. The DJ cued up "Sound Off" next and Royce da 5'9" marched out spewing his patented Detroit venom, but with three quarters of the Slaughterhouse machine on stage, Joe Budden's absence was glaring. It was then that Slaughterhouse announced their outspoken band mate had been arrested by the NYPD.
In full support, the crowd began to shout "Joey, Joey, Joey," without any prompting from Joell, Crook or Nickel Nine.
The group then went into a portion of their infamous 2011 B.E.T. Hip-Hop Award Show cypher. Joell spit his verse and then went into his solo underground gem "Hip-Hop." Budden was missed, but the now-three-headed lyrical Shady Records monster carried on.
There was no "Pump It Up" or Mood Muzik verses, but Budden's band of brothers still repped performing their solo hits as well as posse cuts like "Microphone" and "Hammer Dance."
That didn't stop the crowd from chanting for Joe Budden. "We love Joey too, chanting for him ain't gonna get him outta jail," Royce responded.

Rapper Rick Ross can keep his name, thanks to an L.A. County Superior Court judge who shut down a bid from former drug dealer "Freeway" Rick Ross who tried to keep the name.
"Freeway" Rick Ross had filed suit against the rapper, claiming ownership of the name. In fact, the rapper has strongly intimated in his songs his name was inspired by the drug dude.
In the song "Hustlin" for example, Ross makes several references to large-scale drug dealing despite what Freeway says the rapper never dealt drugs in his life.

Jada Pinkett-Smith Named "Woman of the Year"
The Harvard Black Men's Forum recognized Jada Pinkett-Smith during its 18th annual Celebration of Black Women at Leverett House in Cambridge, MA.
The actress was named "Woman of the Year" during the event for her "trailblazing professional success" and the charity work she's done with her husband, Will.
“I’ve strived to show that we can be and do anything that we want,” she said after accepting the award and explaining how she wants to prove to other black women that they can do it all. Instead of giving a speech, Pinkett-Smith opened the floor to allow students to ask her questions and talked about her career, role models, family values and how to balance work and family.
“She did a great job,” event attendee Cheta G. Emba said. “She offered a lot of encouragement and tips for how Black women and women can make the most of the opportunities they are presented with. It was awesome."
New Music Album: Azealia Banks "1991"
Azealia Banks is on her grind. The Harlem MC didn't let expulsion from this year's XXL Freshman Class keep her down. Instead, she's kept up her buzz up, at a noise level guaranteed to pick up a few decibels when she drops a new EP next month.

Actress Megan Fox Pregnant
The brunette beauty and her husband of nearly two years, Brian Austin Green, are expecting their first child together and couldn’t be more excited, Star magazine is exclusively reporting.
“They just found out and are incredibly excited,” a source close to the couple told Star, noting that the pregnancy was unexpected.
However, it’s unlikely the Transformers actress will be going public with the news just yet, as the source says: “It’s still early, so they are only telling close friends and family members.”
Since tying the knot in 2010, Megan has become stepmother to Brian’s 10-year-old son, Kassius, who he had with ex Vanessa Marcil.
“Megan has become a great step mom, and Brian knows she’ll be wonderful with the baby,” the source said.
“She has really grown in the past couple of years. Megan used to only be concerned with her career, but now family comes first.”

Our favorite "Basketball Wives" star Tami Roman suffered a mild heart attack yesterday. The reality star first hinted at trouble after last night's episode of her popular show.
“Not feeling so well but I hope u enjoyed the episode. Gonna try to catch a re-run and collect my thoughts to blog. Headed to bed early," she tweeted.
This morning, Tami revealed the cause of her health troubles, once again via Twitter: “Thx 2every1 for the get well wishes. Never thought I’d have a mild heart attack at 41. God has a way of bringing things into perspective. Finally going home 2my kids-heart meds and all”
In a final tweet, she wrote, “I’m off twitter 4 awhile, no stress recovery, but I appreciate ALL the positive energy & the negative 1′s-get a life-I sure appreciate mine.”

Dennis Rodman Cant Afford To Pay Child Support
Dennis Rodman can't afford to pay more than $800,000 in back child support because he's broke, this according to new court documents.
Dennis' ex-wife Michelle Rodman filed new papers this month, claiming he owes $808,935 in unpaid child support for his two children and an additional $51,441 in unpaid spousal support.
But Dennis' attorney responded to the filing, insisting there's no way the Chicago Bulls legend can pay those bills because "Respondent Dennis Rodman is broke and cannot afford any additional fees."
According to his lawyer, Dennis is also "extremely sick" and just isn't making the same kind of money. The lawyer does not specify the nature of Rodman's illness.
Dennis' lawyer insists the monthly amount is "unjustified" because it isn't based on Dennis' actual income ... it's based on ludicrous estimates made by Michelle's attorney.
Rodman is due in court today for a contempt hearing stemming from the child support bill and he could be sentenced to 20 days in jail for failure to make payments.

Leakes, who has a recurring role as rival cheerleading coach Roz Washington on the current season of "Glee", became a household name after RHOA and her contentious exit from "Celebrity Apprentice".

Allen Iverson Still Having Sex With Wife
NBA legend Allen Iverson is trying to stop his divorce. He insists he and his estranged wife have recently been having sex so her petition is null and void.
Iverson filed a motion to dismiss last week in his pending divorce case, claiming he and his wife Tawanna had temporarily reconciled and had "resumed their marital relationship, cohabiting, having sexual relations and holding themselves out as husband and wife."
According to Iverson, that's enough for a judge to throw out Tawanna's divorce petition on grounds the marriage isn't "irretrievably broken" as she had claimed.
It's unclear if Iverson actually wants to get back together with Tawanna the former NBA player's legal move might simply be an attempt to delay paying support.
A judge has yet to rule.

Roc Nation Singer Rita Ora Dating Rob Kardashian
A heated argument almost got Rob Kardashian arrested yesterday after the paparazzi spotted him and his girlfriend, Jay-z's latest artist Rita Ora. The couple were arguing on the street. The two have been secretly dating since last year after being introduced through mutual friend Romeo, but only recently were they spotted out and about together in London where Rita currently lives.
This past weekend, Rob must have done something to set Rita off because by the look on his face, she was giving him the blues and he wasn’t trying to hear it. The paparazzi was standing nearby catching the whole argument on tape, however, once Rob realized that he was being recorded, he chased the guy down into a local smoke shop. When cops entered the shop, the pap yelled, “He’s attacking me … he chased me … he tried to kill me.” Although Rob never laid a hand on the guy, the cops handcuffed him and told him not to resist, but they later released him after he told them that he chased the guy down because he doesn’t like to be filmed and they realized no real altercation happened.

Khloe Kardashian Fires Back At PETA
Big sister to the rescue...
Khloe Kardashian is cutting off all ties with PETA, claiming she will NOT support an organization that condones the "bullying" art of flour bombing.
Khloe who has appeared on several billboards for the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals says she was disgusted when she found out the organization has ties to the woman who attacked her sister Kim.
Now, she's released a statement saying, "Not only has PETA lied to the public, but they have proved that they support this kind of behavior. I’ve been a vocal supporter of PETA for a long time but I have also been very vocal about anti-bullying, so this was a huge disappointment for me."
Here's Khloe's entire statement:
"Hi dolls. I’m sure you all heard what happened to Kim last week (thank you SO much for the love and support you all showed her), and I just received word that the woman responsible has very close ties to PETA, despite PETA publicly stating otherwise.
Not only has PETA lied to the public, but they have proved that they support this kind of behavior. I’ve been a vocal supporter of PETA for a long time but I have also been very vocal about anti-bullying, so this was a huge disappointment for me.
As you all know, I don’t condone violence and bullying and what happened last Thursday was just that. I am absolutely disgusted by their behavior. Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs and opinions — I personally don’t wear fur but that doesn’t mean I am going to force my views on anyone else, ESPECIALLY by violating them.
I am a very proud sister right now, because Kim handled last week’s incident like a champ. She got cleaned up and was back out there in a matter of minutes. Go Kimmie!

Bobby Brown Arrested For DUI
Bobby Brown has just been arrested for driving under the influence in Los Angeles TMZ learned.
Bobby was pulled over in Reseda, Ca originally for driving while talking on a cell phone.
Bobby is currently in custody in Van Nuys jail.

"I would like to extend my very deepest sympathies to the family and other loved ones of murdered teenager, Trayvon Martin. I am very sad today to learn of poor Trayvon’s terrifying ordeal and horrified by the fact his known and named and admitted killer has not been arrested, despite the crime having taken place a month ago. This is a disgrace to the entire human race.
For those out there who believe black people to be less than pure royalty, let me inform you of a little known, but scientifically proven, many times over, FACT. Which after reading, you will hopefully feel both very stupid and very sorry. For you dishonor your own mothers and grandmothers.
EVERY human being on earth, no matter what their culture, creed, skin colour, or nationality, shares one gene traceable back to one African woman. Scientists have named it ‘The Eve Gene’. This means ALL of us, even ridiculously stupid, ignorant, perverted, blaspheming racists are the descendants of one African woman.
One African woman is the mother of all of us. Africa was the first world. You come from there! Your skin may be ‘white’.. because you didn’t need it to be black any more where you lived. But as Curtis Mayfield said.. “You’re just the surface of our dark, deep well”. So you’re being morons. And God is having the last laugh at your ignorant expense.
If you hate black people, its yourself you hate. And the mother who bore you. If you kill or wish ill on black people, its yourself you kill and wish ill on. As well as the mother who bore you.
When you dishonor the the utter glory and majesty of black people, you lie. Your heart lies to you and you let it. Despite seeing every day, all your life, how you and your country would be less than wonderfully functioning and inspiring to the world, without the manifold and glorious contributions made by the descendants of African slaves, who did not by the way actually ask to go to America and leave their future families there to be disrespected for eternity.
What are you doing hating yourself by hating your brothers and sisters who daily show you nothing but inspiration and love, despite having NOTHING, in their own country? Despite having barely a chance of anything, because of racism. Despite being granted no ‘permission’ for proper self-esteem.
These beautiful people continue to believe in and even manifest Jesus Christ better than you do. That alone could stand as the greatest reason your racism is blasphemy, were it not for all the other reasons.
These people you hate and fear ARE the body of Christ, just as we all are. Every child, woman or man. And they know it. Maybe thats why you cant bear to look at them. Because you see Jesus Christ and you cant stand the light.
Stop this ridiculous and uneducated attitude. You would be dead without black people. Think of all the greatest music ever composed. The greatest songs. The greatest inspirational heroes.. Muhammad Ali, Mandela, Martin Luther King, Harriet Tubman, Soujourner Truth, Bob Marley, Nina Simone, Curtis Mayfield. So many absolute angels, sent from God.
Without the inspiration of these people many millions of so-called ‘white’ people, including myself would not have had the strength to pay the price of life.
And black youth in America. I’m talking to you here too. I love you. So I don’t mean to sound cross, I’m just being a mother.. Why are you killing each other? Why are you hating yourselves? You are the most important people God ever sent to this earth, every man, woman and child among you! Don’t let uneducated people win and take your self-esteem or your esteem for each other, and make you kill each other. over guns, drugs, bling, or any other nonsense.
You are now entering YOUR version of a sort of civil rights movement and you’re gonna see history being made in what has certainly the profoundest potential to become THE most wonderful country on earth. Because soon ALL ‘isms’ and ‘sits” will end. including racism, as the people of the earth begin to understand, we are all one.
We came from one mother. We are all brothers and sisters. And we CAN get beyond this ILLUSION of separateness. With prayer and love. It CAN change. It WILL change. And YOU guys (young people of all kinds) are the ones who are gonna GENTLY change it. And you know where it starts? With MUSIC.
Don’t be guided by rap. Gangsta or otherwise. Sure.. enjoy it.. adore it.as I do.. but realize this.. rap ain’t about your civil or spiritual rights, baby boys and girls. It.. along with most music nowadays.. is about falsenesses and vanities. Bling, drugs, sex, guns and people- dissing. Its giving you the message you ain’t ‘good enough’ if you don’t have bling and ting.. and money. Or if you’re not what it deems ‘sexy’.
Poor Curtis Mayfield must be crying all day and night ALL day and night in heaven, every day and night.. To see what has been so successfully achieved by those who sent guns, drugs, and bling to squash the civil rights movement. Now you all don’t have to be murdered by racists any more.. you’re murdering each other FOR them! And your parents and grandparents are left crying.
Go back to strong black musical guides who left you information in the 60s and 70s. when they were living through the civil rights struggle. Curtis Mayfield. The Impressions. Nina Simone, Mahalia Jackson. Sing back the Holy Spirit ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, as those artists did.
Forget bling. Forget “Get Rich Or Die Trying”. That is an evil message. Evil my dears is only life backwards. Turn it the right way up. With music. The messages American black youth are being given through music are not about the spiritual and therefore strong and conquering but PEACEFUL making of YOUR country into the wonderful place it secretly is and can be.. BECAUSE OF YOU, and BY YOU!!
You know not how you are adored, appreciated, valued, loved, cried for,smiled for, prayed for, all over the world. You know not how much inspiration and uplift-ment of heart you give to millions just by your presence on earth.
These musical guides will give you self-esteem. When you have self-esteem you can achieve anything. You can stand in the street as many did yesterday and change your country peacefully and with song. Chant down Babylon as the Rastas say. Rastafari will also give you self esteem. Investigate it.
You will notice, my beautiful sons and daughters, when you study, as you must, footage of all civil rights gatherings, how singing and music and sound and voice and the Holy Spirit were all employed and were so much part of the energy which moved things along.. just as running was in the South African gatherings I saw on tv in my own childhood, which inspired me to survive my own horrors.
What you listen to musically and whether or not you employ the Holy Spirit’s highest will for your life is whats gonna make you transcend all you’re having to suffer (the worst of which is low self-esteem.. or esteem based upon material ‘success’ or ‘sexiness’)) as a result of being the descendants of people who didn’t ask to be stolen and leave you where you are. Delete bling. Get conscious with your music. Demand conscious music from your artists. Go back to the artists who left you proper guidance. This is some serious stuff and we (all manner of musical artists) are too silent on matters of enormous spiritual importance. Lemme ask you.. Jayzee and Eminem et al. Why was it always the black people only worked in the post rooms of record companies, which was always in the basement? Why was it that as each floor went up the skins got paler till it was fuckin ghosts at the top? And all us artists.. even me.. said nothing? Those buildings (record companies) always struck me as being a microcosm or painting of America, racially speaking. Christ almighty.. if its like that in the music business how is anything ever going to change?
We, musical artists are too silent on important stuff. And it is our job to be the gate-keepers of truth. ALL the people of this earth must come together eventually and see that we are one. ALL artists must stand up. Black, white, yellow, green, pink, fucking polka dot.. and be a light in these times.
The world is going to shift massively this year.. spiritually speaking. Musical artists are to be a massive part of that shift. Get up, lets all of us. And light Jah fire.. and BE lights.
Where’s the fire gone from music? Where is the love? the oneness? The knowing that music CAN and WILL move things in the right spiritual direction without hatred or violence? We must box clever. Sing the devil to sleep at your feet. Thats what Curtis teaches. He is the master of ALL musical masters. forget, forget, forget and forget again bling and guns and drugs and the worship of fame and money. Its time to wake up. We KNOW the power of music. Why aren’t we using it to change anything important?
Musicians all over the world should now gently demand this child’s killer be arrested immediately and the family of Treyvon Martin be immediately apologized to upon bended knee. Frankly. I myself would like an apology! America is a country I love and adore. what this man has done is un-American in the most horrific extreme.
Him not being arrested is extremely embarrassing and does absolutely NOT paint the true picture of of a country and a people who for the 90% majority are the kindest, most loving, intelligent, and wonderful people you could know.
Please.. ALL Americans should deplore this crime. As should ALL people of ALL nations. And deplore the fact this man has not been arrested. All Irish people should do the same. And I ask that we here in Ireland should express through our American embassy that we would like to see this man arrested this very minute. Because racism is not acceptable. Nor is vigilantism. And this was very clearly in no way at all a case of self-defense.

NFL Star Wont Allow Kids To Be Filmed On Reality Show
Atlanta Falcons superstar running back Michael Turner and his babies mother Rasheeda just reached the most important decision of their parenting lives never to let their children appear on a reality show.
Michael and his ex Rasheeda Walker have finally reached an agreement in their custody dispute regarding their second child born September 2011 hashing out a visitation agreement that's amenable to both parties.
According to the agreement, Michael will get to see his new son significantly during the off-season from January to August and on his bye weeks during the season. Turner also agreed to pay Rasheeda $6,000 a month.
But the best part "The parties agree that it is not in the best interest of either of the children to appear on any reality television show or program, absent mutual consent" meaning neither party wants the other to exploit the child on a reality show without the other's prior approval.

Rob Kardashian Detained By Police
Rob Kardashian tried joking around with a paparazzo in Miami early Sunday morning and he ended up handcuffed and almost arrested.
Rob was out with some friends when he saw a photographer taking pictures from across the street. Rob thought it would be funny to start sprinting towards the him but the photographer didn't laugh and instead ran away screaming for help.
Rob followed the guy into a smoke shop to try and clear the air but the police saw the whole thing and decided to get involved
Cops interviewed both Rob and the photographer and even putting Rob in the back of a police car. But after Rob explained to them it was all a misunderstanding, he was released.
NAS Will Have His Wages Garnished
The rapper's delinquent tax filings have caused the Government to begin garnishing his wages.
Nas owes $6,000,000, so the government has finally tired of waiting for Nas to pay up, so they filed documents in the state of Georgia to have his wages garnished via the music publishing organizations BMI and ASCAP until the debt is paid off.
So in other words, buy his next album and help NAS get out of trouble.
Rapper Curren$y Suing Damon Dash
The MC is suing music producer Damon Dash, claiming he is selling several Curren$y albums without permission.
Curren$y filed the lawsuit against Jay-Z's old business partner and former co-owner of Roc-A-Fella Records claiming he and Dash tried to negotiate an agreement to release music together in 2010 but the deal never materialized.
Curren$y claims Dash released two of his albums in 2010 but the two still couldn't reach an agreement so Curren$y signed with Warner Bros. in January 2011.
But according to the lawsuit, Damon continued to release Curren$y's music despite the new WB contract, which gave WB exclusive rights to Curren$y's jams.
Now, Curren$y is demanding the producer quit profiting off him in any way. Curren$y also wants $1.5 million in damages.
But Damon fired back at the accusations with his own response claiming, he has the right to release the albums in question because he was given permission.

PETA Goes In On Kim Kardashian
According to PETA Kim Kardashian is selfish, and will do anything to keep herself in the news and doesn't have a heart . This is in reaction to the news that Kim is planning to press charges against the girl who threw flour on her at an event.
The animal rights group goes on to say "If she presses charges, at least people will be constantly reminded of her selfish, callous disregard for the cruel deaths that she causes by wearing fur."
They continue, "How much better it would be if she decided to evolve and enhance her image by donating her vulgar furs and exotic-animal skins to the homeless. The activist acted from the heart, something Kim doesn't seem to have."
PETA concludes their statement by saying, "If anything, Kim should get a life, the very thing that she denies animals."
PETA also told TMZ that they'd be willing to help the flour-tosser with her defense costs, if she asked them.
Creme De La Creme Hair's Frivolous Lawsuit Against Tami Roman
Another Day Another Hater....
"Basketball Wives" star Tami Roman signed an endorsement deal with a line of hair extensions with Crème De La Crème Hair.
Now they want to sue.
In the lawsuit, Crème says part of the deal called for Roman to "have an appearance on VH1's 'Basketball Wives' where she will discuss her hair line with the Crème's owners." First off the season isn't over yet. Secondly Tami promoted them on twitter and other social networks.
But according to Crème, Tami bailed on every attempt they made to coordinate their appearance on the show.
Crème claim that Tami was suppose to promote Crème at a hair show in Atlanta. They claim she showed up as planned with a "Basketball Wives" film crew but didn't promote.
Crème is suing for damages in excess of $75,000 and they want the footage shot for "BasketBall Wives" pulled from the show unless it's edited to feature them. Do you see how thirsty people are?
Anything to get some money out of somebody.
"Bad Girls Club" Star Gia Arrested
"Bad Girls Club" star Gia was arrested in South Carolina last night for assault while in town for an event promoting the show.
Gia Sapp-Hernandez was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Columbia, S.C. last night on charges of third degree assault and battery.
She's still in custody and being held on a $2,130 bond.
Kim Kardashian Presses Charges Against Attacker
Kim Kardashian has decided she will press charges against the woman who threw flour on her at an event Thursday night TMZ learned.
Kim didn't press charges that night because she didn't want to take herself away from the event, which was for charity.
Kim wants to send the message that people are entitled to their opinion, but should not resort to violence.

New Mixtape: Mac Miller 'Macadelic'
Mac Miller is taking listeners on "a most dope experience" on his new mixtape.
"Macadelic," a release "inspired by love, drugs and the search for euphoria," per the digital liner notes, dropped on the MC's website on Friday.
The 17-track set features Lil Wayne, Kendrick Lamar and Odd Future's Casey Veggies, among others, with production credits including Clams Casino and Lex Luger and a Beatles sample, which drops toward the end of "Desperado."
In November, the Pittsburgh rapper's "Blue Slide Park" made history as the first independently distributed debut album to top the Billboard 200 since 1995.
New Music Album: Big K.R.I.T "Live From The Underground"
When it comes to his much anticipated major label debut, "Live from the Underground", Big K.R.I.T. has been playing his cards close to the vest.
The Mississippi spitter to open up the vault a little bit. K.R.I.T. has revealed that the album is slated for release on June 5 and features a surprise collaboration with blues legend B.B. King.
“The name of the record is “Praying Man,” and it was dope to be able to get a legend on the song,” K.R.I.T. said.
B.B. King, who was rated the No. 6 guitarist of all time by Rolling Stone magazine and has 15 Grammys to his credit, is also from Mississippi.
“We was chillin’,” K.R.I.T. said of being in the studio with King. “He was just telling me about his tour experiences and just music, he actually liked the song, and when I told him I was from Mississippi he was even more excited. We got in there, and he started playing on Lucille the guitar. And he played on the record too. It was surreal.”
Queen Latifah & Terrence Howard To Star In New Thriller
Just days after announcing that she will star in the all Black remake of Steel Magnolias, the actress has hopped aboard another film project, the indie thriller "House of Bodies".
Terrence Howard and Peter Fonda will co-star in the film, about a deaf boy who develops a friendship with a phone relay operator and then gets entangled in a series of grisly murders that must be solved by a detective.
Latifah and her producing partner, Shakim Compere, will produce the film through their Flavor Unit Entertainment. Production will begin at Flavor Unit's Miami studios this month.
Reality Star Tiona Smalls Goes In On "Basketball Wives"
Former co-star of the VH1 reality series, What Chilli Wants, Tiona Smalls, is not too fond of one of the programs her show used to be paired with on Sunday nights. Speaking with Vibe Vixen to promote her new book, Men Love Abuse, Tiona lashed out at the hit reality series, Basketball Wives. Tiona said: “I don’t watch Basketball Wives anymore for the simple fact that it lowers your IQ. I watched the show because my fans loved it and to watch with them, but I don’t like anyone on that show. Everyone on the show plays too tough. Staring at a bunch of weak bitches all day? I don’t have time for that.”
She went on to say, “Shows like that are turning our children into whores. I am finding that they are turning your kids in obsessive angry whores.”
Tiona just so happens to be friends with Meeka Claxton, who appeared on last season of Basketball Wives. According to Tiona: “Meeka Claxton has a wonderful husband, two beautiful daughters and she lives in a mansion in Long Island. She’s doing it, and the reason why they don’t want her on the show is because they don’t want to show that. They want to show bitches renting out condos. They don’t really have the best interest of black women on that show in mind.”
