Lindsay Lohan Was Physically Attacked

Lindsay Lohan called the police after she was assaulted in her New York City hotel room by a man she had just met 

 Lindsay noticed the man had taken photos of her on his phone.

A few of Lindsay's friends were in the room at the time the photos were taken.

Lindsay  confronted the man about the pics and he threw her on the bed causing scratches on her hands.  Lindsay then ran out of the room, but returned later. When she did, Lohan claims the man attacked her, choked her, threw her to the ground, and climbed on top of her.

She was able to pull the man off of her. Lohan claims she pulled the fire alarm to signal for help and cops were able to arrive in time to arrest the man.

Police have dropped charges against the man accused of attacking her early this morning a New York hotel

Ross and Jeezy exchanged words backstage and started fighting.

BET security and bodyguards for each of the rappers eventually separated the two.

A member of Rick Ross' entourage pulled out a gun while in the parking lot and shots were fired.
There were no arrests or reports of serious injuries.

Actress Nicole Ari Parker To Star In Two New Thrillers

In New Orleans, the actress is gearing up to shoot "Burn", a film being tagged an urban “re-visualization of the classic… Body Heat.” Starring Danny Glover, Giancarlo Esposito and Sean Faris, this erotic thriller has Parker playing a gorgeous, young temptress who sets up her lover Sean Faris to take the fall for her husband's death. No word yet on who's playing her husband, though it is speculated it may be Danny Glover or Giancarlo Esposito.

Parker has also snagged one of the lead roles in the Jerry Bruckheimer-produced drama pilot "The Secret Lives of Husbands and Wives".

Described as a thriller dramatic soap, the pilot centers on a murder and the secrets and lies within a tightly woven group of three suburban couples. Parker has been cast as Paula, half of one of the three couples. She may be a beautiful trophy wife, but she’s tough. After 12 years of a troubled marriage, she questions whether to stay with her husband because of love or respect. But she has no idea that her hubby is financially ruined.

Lil Wayne Breaks Elvis Presley's Billboard Record

Lil Wayne is the new Elvis Presley when it comes to Billboard hits.

The rapper has just surpassed Elvis in total number of songs to land on the Hot 100. "Celebration," the latest single from Game, is the 109th song to make the chart with Wayne appearing as either a lead or featured artist.

Presley's record was 108 spanning between 1958 and 2003. Forty-two of Weezy's charting singles were his own, while 67 of the others came from his long list of guest appearances.

Cash Money Records boss Birdman issued a statement praising his star artist. "This is a true milestone in Lil Wayne's career and the legacy of YMCMB. Surpassing Elvis Presley is a testament to Wayne's creativity and innovation in music over the years. We look forward to 109 more."

Rapper Shyne Goes In On 50 Cent

Shyne is rekindling old beefs this time taking aim at 50 Cent on his new mixtape "Gangland". On the track "Fred Hampton," Shyne blasts 50 for being an government snitch. "If not for Curtis Jackson, we would all be free / But the creep made a deal with the Feds and squealed," he raps.

Years ago, while in prison, he called him a "bitch nigga" on the song "For the Record." That evolved after Shyne alleged 50 tried to sign him to G-Unit Records.

Previously, Shyne released a diss song targeting his old label boss Diddy. The track, "You're Welcome" was said to be in response to a lack of support on Diddy's part as his former protégé sought to obtain an American visa.

Roscoe Dash Calls Music Industry "A Dirty Game"

Roscoe Dash aired some of his grievances with the music industry on Twitter last week for not getting proper credit for his work.

"I just want people to understand what people have to go through in the industry, what we have to deal with on a day-to-day basis," Roscoe told MTV News, explaining why he lashed out on Twitter.

"No matter who you are, no matter what you've done in the past, it's a dirty game."
The 22yr old added that he often assists people on their own projects as a means of escape, and that sometimes backfires. "People like myself who are generous, we like to go out and participate in other people's stuff. We like to keep our hands in a lot of different things rather than just worry about one specific thing, which would be ourselves," he said.

"Me particularly, just because of the past stuff I've been going through with my personal career, I thought maybe I don't have to worry about this right now. Fuck talking about the album: Let's go and do something else over here and get my mind off of this for minute so when I come back I have a clear head and know what I wanna do. [But] we get walked on a lot, and I just want people to know that it happens. Plain and simple."

Dash certainly got the attention of Miguel, who addressed the Twitter accusations in an interview with Complex,calling Dash's claims "retarded," as well as Meek Mill, who took a quick jab at him writing, "Yo @Roscoedash u must not b getting no money b! Lol." Thus far, Kanye has not publicly responded to any of Dash's tweets.

Bobbi Kristina Involved In Car Accident

Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina was involved in a car accident in Georgia

The black 2012 Camaro belongs to Bobbi’s brother/boyfriend Nick Gordon.

The details surrounding the accident are unclear, sources say the couple had been arguing at the time of the crash and Nick’s Camaro was the only car involved. No one was injured.

After the accident, the car was missing the front right tire, the front bumper was torn off, and the airbags were deployed but somehow it got back to Bobbi and Nick’s apartment.

Cops went to the apartment soon after the accident for a noise complaint, but no one answered the door.

According to the incident report, officers saw the car parked outside the apartment with its hazard lights on and it appeared it had been driven in a damaged state.

Joining the cast of “The Real Housewives of Miami” nearly destroyed JOANNA KRUPA’s engagement to her boyfriend

He felt blindsided by the out-of-control drama that was unleashed on him when he signed on to the second season of the hit Bravo series with his girlfriend Joanna

“Romain was expecting the show to be scripted and thought they’d have much more control over some of the topics that were caught on tape,” a source close to the couple revealed.

“He was shocked to discover what he’d really signed up for was backstabbing, infighting and malicious gossip among the other cast members.”

But the real breaking point for Romain was when some of the other “House­wives” began to pressure him about why he’d let his engage­ment to Joanna drag on for nearly five years.

“The fact that he wouldn’t commit to a wedding date had been a bone of contention for the couple for a very long time,” confided the source. “So when the cast held his feet to the fire, it led to a huge blowup between Joanna and him. “He was so angry that he QUIT the show. And Joanna was so upset she took off her engagement ring, packed her bags and moved out of their Miami Beach condo.”

The 33-year-old su­permodel from Warsaw, Poland, called off their engagement and the two were estranged for nearly a month. Romain, 39, has since promised they’ll set a date for next year. “Having Joanna walk out was a big dose of reality,” the source added. “Romain is madly in love with her and doesn’t want to lose her.”

NFL Star John Abraham Arrested

Atlanta Falcons star John Abraham refused to be stopped last night by police who were dealing with a suicidal woman  and, as a result, got himself arrested on two charges of obstruction.

Abraham was busted by Atlanta PD when he refused to leave an area officers had taped off because a woman was threatening to jump off a building.

Abraham got out of jail early Tuesday morning on $7,000 bond.

Chris Brown Fails Drug Test

Chris Brown tested positive for marijuana in Virginia, where smoking weed is illegal, but the judge said she would not revoke his probation.

Chris was just in court for a probation progress report hearing in his felony battery of Rihanna

According to probation report, Chris told his probation officer he had smoked weed in California -- where he has a medical marijuana prescription  and then failed the test in Virginia, where weed is illegal prescription or no prescription.

The judge said she never ordered Brown to undergo mandatory drug testing as part of his probation, so she cut him a break this time letting him off with a stern reminder to obey all laws.

Lindsay Lohan Rushed To The Hospital

Lindsay Lohan was rushed to the emergency room, she's suffering from a bad lung infection.

Lindsay has been dealing with a bad case of "walking pneumonia" for the last couple weeks and things got so bad she had to go to the hospital.

Lindsay was taken to Mt. Sinai, where she received medication for the infection including antibiotics and was discharged shortly after.
